商业职工心理健康问题的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨商业职工的心理健康状况。方法 :采用职业紧张调查表 (OSI)对宁夏银川市某百货商场 6 79名商业职工进行问卷调查。结果 :不同年龄组间工作本身满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P<0 .0 5 ) ;不同工龄组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、工作组织满意感、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同文化程度组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、工作组织满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及心情平静评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同婚姻状况组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :年龄、工龄、文化程度及婚姻状态等背景因素不同 。Objective: To analyse the mental health of commercial staffs employed in a department store located in prosperous business district of Yinchuan City. Methods: 679 employees serving for longer than one year in the dept. store were enrolled in this study. Their mental healths were individually collected and surveyed by questionaire in terms of occupational stress indicator (OSI). The results were statistically processed using spss10.0 software. Results: The scores of occupation itself satisfaction, mental hygiene contentment and physical complaints showed significant difference among different age groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05), among various service term groups, among varying educational level groups and among different marital status groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: The mental health of the employees differs significantly along with employees'age, service term, educational level and marital status.
