摘　　要：应用法氏囊弱毒疫苗GUMBOROPLUX对蛋鸡和肉鸡进行免疫效果试验,试验结果表明:该疫苗用于蛋鸡8～12日龄首免,间隔10d加强免疫后,可获得强毒攻击的完全保护;疫苗免疫后5d观察法氏囊变化,囊体比和囊指数在安全范围内;疫苗免疫不影响ND抗体效价滴度,对机体不产生苗源性免疫抑制用。法氏囊弱毒疫苗GUMBOROPLUX用于肉鸡,16日龄一次免疫,可获得强毒攻击的完全保护;疫苗免疫后5d观察法氏囊变化,囊体比和囊指数在安全范围内;疫苗免疫不影响ND抗体效价滴度,对机体不产生苗源性免疫抑制用。Gumboro Plux, the clacal burse weak virus, has been immunized to b reeders and broilers in this research. The result express that cystid ratio and cystid number are all safe when the vaccine have been applied to breeders at 8～ 12 days of age for the first time and after 10 days for the second time; the com pleting protection can be procured against strong virus challenge after immuniza tion 10 days; the immunity is no harm to potency titer of ND antibody and no suc cessively inhibitory effect to organism. Appling BUMBORO PLUX to the broiler, no matter immunization for the first time at 8 days of age or 16 days of age, ther e are no negative effect on the health growth of chicken and clacal bursa normal form; there are 100 per cent of protection ratio on the trial group of 12 days of age; the potency titer of ND antibody can't be affected by the immunized vac cine, resulting no successively inhibitory effect to organism.
