摘　　要：总结了2例肠内引流式胰十二指肠肾联合移植患者手术前后的护理重点,包括:术前心理护理,术后细致观察移植器官功能和排斥反应,严格用药管理,及时观察、护理移植胰血管栓塞、消化道出血、胰瘘、肠瘘和胰周感染等并发症,保证了手术的成功。The authors summarized such focal points in the perioperative nursing of 2 patients receiving pancreas-kidney-duodenum combined transplantation by enteral drainage as preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative observation of transplant function and rejection, strict medicine management, timely observation and care of the complications such as vascular embolization of transplanted pancreas, hemorrhage in digestive tract, pancreatic fistula, intestinal fistula, peripancreatic infection, all of which ensured the success in transplantation.
