摘　　要：目的　探讨改良筋膜内全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法　 30例有子宫切除指征的患者进行改良筋膜内子宫切除术 ,术中切断子宫主、骶韧带 ,于子宫骶韧带水平剥离宫颈筋膜至宫颈外口 (研究组 ) ,并与行传统子宫切除术的 30例 (对照组 )进行比较。结果　研究组较对照组平均手术时间短 ,胃肠功能恢复快 ,与对照组相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　改良经腹筋膜内子宫切除手术简便、安全 ,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of modified intrafascial hysterectomy.Methods 30 patients with indications of hysterectomy accepted modified operation.After cardinal ligament and uterosacral ligament were disconnected thinner cervix fascia was stripped and reserved from uterosacral ligament level to external os of cervix(study group).These cases were campared with the other 30 cases who accepted traditoinal abdominal hysterectomy(control group).Results The modified operation had advantages of shorter operative time and more rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function time.The difference was significant between study group and the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Modified intrafascial hysterctomy should be spread in clinic for its advantages of safety and simplicity
