摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在腰椎间盘突出症(PLID)中的意义。方法:采用放射免疫法分别检测40例正常人血浆降钙素基因相关肽值及40例PLID患者手术前后的血浆降钙素基因相关肽值。结果:40例患者术前血浆CGRP均值高于正常对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.01);术后疼痛明显改善,且其血浆CGRP值明显高于术前,明显高于正常对照组,且均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:CGRP可能参与了PLID的发病过程,可能为PLID的保护因子之一,为找寻PLID保守治疗方法提供了新的思路。AIM:To explore the significance of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc(PLID).METHODS:CGRP level in plasma was detected in 40 PLID patients and 40 healthy controls with radioimmunoassay￡¨ RIA￡(c) .RESULTS:CGRP level pre operation in PLID group was not significantly higher than that in control group(P >0.01).Their pain pos toperation ameliorated obviously, and CGRP level was significantly higher than that of pre operation (P< 0.01).
