摘 要:目的 观察杭白菊中绿原酸及其他成分 (总黄酮、总糖、氨基氮、挥发油 )含量在采摘期中的变化。方法 测定 2 0 0 1年 ,2 0 0 2年度不同采摘日期的杭白菊中各成分的含量。以反相HPLC测定杭白菊甲醇提取液中绿原酸含量 ,亚硝酸钠 硝酸铝显色法、苯酚 浓硫酸比色法分别测定乙醇提取物中总黄酮、总糖含量 ,甲醛滴定法测定水浸出物中的氨基氮 ,水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油。结果 杭白菊绿原酸、氨基氮含量在整个采摘周期中无明显变化 ;总黄酮含量随采摘期推迟呈下降趋势 ;两年中挥发油及总糖含量变化趋势不一致 ,2 0 0 2年度两者含量均未见明显变化 ,而 2 0 0 1年挥发油含量在采摘前期无明显变化 ,采摘后期降低 ,总糖含量在采摘前期变化不明显 ,而在采摘后期却明显升高。OBJECTIVE - To observe the variation of the contents of chlorogenic acid and other components including flavonoids, total sugar, amino-nitrogen and essential oil in chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. collected at different time. METHODS - The contents of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. collected in 2001 and 2002 was measured. Colorogenic acid was analyzed by HPLC. Total flavonoids and sugar in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. extracted by ethanol were measured by spectrophotometery. Amoni-nitrogens were extracted by water and determined by formaldehyde's potentiometric titration. The essential oil obtained by steam distillation extration was weighted. RESULTS - No significant changes were found in the contents of chlorogenic acid and amino-nitrogens. As the collection time defered, the contents of flavonoids descended obviously. Essential oil content did not varied markedly in early collection phase but reduced obviously in later phase. In contrast, the total sugar did not change in early phase, but ascended in later collection phase during 2001. However, no obvious changes were observed in the contents of essential oil and total sugar in the samples collected in 2002. CONCLUSION - The quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. was related to the collection time.
