摘　　要：目的　研究黄连花全草的化学成分。方法　经柱色谱分离 ,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果　分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别为正十八烷酸二十六酯 (Ⅰ ) ,helicterilicacid(Ⅱ ) ,豆甾醇 3 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅲ ) ,β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (Ⅳ ) ,β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 ( 1→ 6 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 ( 1→ 4 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (Ⅴ )。 结论　Ⅰ为新化合物 ,Ⅱ ,Ⅴ首次从本属植物中得到。OBJECTIVE - To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia davurica Ledeb. METHODS - The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatograph and identified by spectral analysis and physical data. RESULTS - Five compounds were isolated and identified as hexacosyl stearate(I), helicterilic acid(II), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(III), β-D-glucopyranoside(IV), β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1&rarr6)-β -D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranoside(V), respectively. CONCLUSION - Compound I was isolated for the first time. II and V were isolated from this genus for the first time.
