摘  要:饲料中应用的液体组分包括油脂、维生素、酶制剂、益生素、风味剂、植物提取物等。以液体形式应用可降低原料成本。真空喷涂技术的优点是可以让上述活性饲料添加剂避免热加工过程,并渗透到颗粒内部,最大限度地保留活性,发挥功能。真空喷涂工艺设备技术已有显著进步,但对活性饲料添加剂的真空喷涂技术还需深入研究。Liquid feed ingredients include oil/fat, vitamins, enzyme preparations, probiotics, flavor agents and plant extracts etc. Their application in feed products can result in cost reduction of the feed raw materials. The advantages of vacuum spraying are that the said active feed additives not only can be avoided from thermal processing but also can permeate into pellets, therefore their activity can be reserved to a maximum, bring their functions into full play. Vacuum spraying equipment and technology have gained remarkable advancement, but further research should be made in the vacuum spraying of active feed additives.
