摘　　要：电子图书的诞生 ,是人类知识和信息的生产、存储、传播、学习和使用方式上的巨大革命 ,为人们的终身学习和不断创新提供了保障。它是以电子文档发行、传播和阅读的电子书籍 ,其媒介为因特网 ;它具有“多、快、好、省”的特点 ,同时存在着知识产权和格式标准两大问题 。The naissance of electronic book is a great revolution in human beings knowledge and information s production,store,communication,learn and utilization way,and provides guaran tee for people to study for life and innovate.It is electronic books issued,comm unicated and read as electronic files,internet as its media;it is excessive,quic k,good and saving,and also exists the problems of intellectual property and form at standard.Its the necessary trend of books industry.
