摘　　要：合成了3种新的可适用于物理显影(PD)过程的光敏剂及式-{[3,5-二氯-4-吗啉基(哌啶基、吡咯啶基)]苯基}重氮叔丁基硫化物,确定了它们及相应中间体的结构,并就实验方法和顺、反异构化进行了研究.这3个光敏剂对紫光敏感,热稳定性好.用它们制作的PD感光胶片的感光度、反差和密度均较好.In this paper, three new phenyl diazosulfids, E-[(3,5-dichloro-4-aliphatic heterocyclo) phenyl diazb-t-butyl suludes, are prepared, in which heterocyclo are morpholino, pyrrolidino and piperidino respectively, these compounds can be used as sensitizer in PD-photography. The structure of benzenediazosulfids and its intermediate products are confirmed by IR, MS, 1HNMR, UV/VIS, elemental analysis and thermal analysis. The synthetic methods and cis-trans isomerization are also studied. The new sensitizers are determinated by a series of photography tests. It shows that they are very suitable for PD photography from their sensitivity high contrast and excellent resolution.
