摘　　要：本文探讨了组织外部专业化与组织内部专业化的双重演进对知识管理的影响。外部专业化提出了知识管理中战略性知识资源的识别问题 ,本文从知识资源的专有性收益、市场失灵概率及组织能力三方面来把握 ,并提出了组织战略性知识资源识别矩阵 ;内部专业化提出了组织内部战略性知识资源的组织问题 ,本文从任务配置、目标协调与激励。the paper investigates on the influence on knowledge management of Intra-and Int er-organizational specilization.Inter-organizational specilization proposes the question that how to identify the strategic knowledge resource.The paper analyze s this from three aspects,e.g.appropriation benefit,market failure probability, o rganizational capacity,and proposes the question that how to organize the inside strategic knowledge resource.The paper discusses the question from the perspect ives of task allocation,objective coordination and incentive,knowledge sharing a nd communication.
