摘  要:研究了用密胺树脂将颜料耐晒黄-G微胶囊化处理的特点及方法,在70℃、n(三聚氰胺):n(甲醛)=1:2.5、pH值8.5的条件下制得密胺树脂预聚体,预聚体按囊材质量分数30%的比例加入颜料的溶液,分散剂的质量分数控制在3%左右,pH值控制在5.5左右,反应2 h后,过滤、干燥,即得产品.用差热分析(DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产品进行表征.微胶囊化耐晒黄-G解决了耐晒黄-G使用时耐热温度低、容易出现褪色的问题.Preparation method and characteristics of microcapsulated light fast yellow G with melamine -formaldehyde resin were presented. Melamine-formaldehyde precondensate was prepared from formaldehyde reacting with melamine with molar ratio of 1:2.5 ,at 70℃, pH=8.5, and then it was added to the solution of the pigment at the ratio of 30%(on weight of capsulating material). The concentration of dispersant was controlled to about 3%, pH was adjusted to about 5.5. After reacting for 2 hours, the product was obtained after filtering and drying. DTA and SEM characterized the product. The drawbacks such as poor resistance to heat and easy fading of light fast yellow G were overcome by microcapsulation.
