摘　　要：关注大学生的休闲生活是当今社会发展的必然要求。通过对在校大学生的调查,发现我院学生的休闲时间比较丰富,在肯定他们的休闲生活基本合理的前提下,也反映出其中的一些问题:休闲生活质量不高;休闲活动的时间结构不尽合理;休闲生活层次不高;休闲生活缺乏自觉;休闲生活的技能比较缺乏;休闲活动缺乏相应的组织等等。故而有必要在学校中开展休闲教育。Paying close attention to the undergraduates' leisure life is the inevitable demand of the social development. A survey is made and indicates that the HUEST undergraduates have plenty of leisure time and their leisure life is basically reasonable atilsed. However problems shouldn't be ignored. In the light of discovering and solving problems, this paper points out some of the problems: the leisure life is not of high quality, the time distribution of the leisure activities is not exactly reasonable, its taste is not so fine, there is a certain lack of consciousness and corresponding organizing preparations, and the students are also short of the skills for alranging leisure life. Therefore, the pressing matter to the moment is to teach the students how to spend the leisure time.
