摘　　要：根据高水平篮球队员的基本特点、生源、资金投入、训练与学习、高水平教练员、管理体制等实际情况,对如何科学地、有效地管理学校高水平篮球队提出建议。旨在人才培养上有新的突破,提高管理质量,带动学校体育工作的发展。通过近几年的摸索,参照其他高校的经验,为更快地进入角色,完善管理体制,促进队伍建设,提出具有自身特色的管理方法和符合实际的建议。The authors point out some suggestions in managing the basketball team effectively, scientifically from the several aspects such as, the characteristic of a player, the resources of the players, the fund, the training and study, and proficient coaches, and management system. The purpose of the thesis is to improve the management quality and promote the physical education development in universities. Through many years of research and taking other universities' experiences, the authors forward some management methods with its own characters.
