摘  要:The mol ratio of methyl alcohol and lipid is between 3.5 to 5.5, the reaction temperature is between 60~80 ℃ and the quantity of cataly st is 0.5~1.1% of that of the oil. Through handing in experiments the relatively ideal response condition can be obtained: the mol ratio of methyl alcohol and lipid is 5.5:1,the reaction temperature is 60~70 ℃, the quantity of catalyst is 0.8% of that of the oil .The rate of biodiesel must reach more than 90% and less than 0.35% of general glycerines in the biodiesel in the two successive reactions.
