桔小实蝇不育处理试验研究初报

摘　　要：钴(60Co)为辐照处理源,对桔小实蝇(Bactroceradorsalis)蛹进行不育辐照处理,经对不育处理蝇所产的119299粒卵测定,均不孵化,其孵化率为0。初步结果显示,本研究所使用的95GY剂量,对桔小实蝇的不育处理是有效的。The pupae of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) were irradiated with 60 Co at different dosages. A total of 119299 eggs were collected from the laboratory population,which consists of irradiated males and untreated females, and the hatch rate of the eggs was 0. The result indicated that the dosage of 95GY is effective to sterilize the fruit fly.
