摘 要:利用DNA随机扩增多态性(randomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA,RAPD)技术,研究了甘蔗属及其近缘属种间的亲缘关系。选择20个引物扩增,在得到的193个片段中,有3个片段是10个材料共有的,多态性达98%。聚类分析结果表明:甘蔗属可划分为两个组群,即热带种组群(包括热带种、印度种、大径野生种、中国种)和割手密种组群。该结论与Irvine的分类结果非常相似。RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) was applied to mine the relationships of Saccharum to its relative races. Good quality DNAs were extracted form 10 materials by using 'SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate)'method and reproducible RAPD system was established. 194 fragments were generated by RAPD with 20 primers, among which 3 fragments were shared by all 10 accessions. The degree of polymorphism was as high as 98%. The cluster of genetic similar coefficient indicated that Saccharum can be divided into two groups, one is S.officinarum group(including S.officinarum L., S.barberiJeswiet, S.sinense Roxb,S.robustum Brandes&Jeswietex Grassel) and the other is S.spontameum group. The conclusion is consistent with the taxonomic result of Irvine.
