摘 要:采用水浸提法提取杉木、木荷及马尾松枝叶生化物质,盆栽处理杉木幼苗6年后,分析不同浓度水浸液生化物质对盆栽土壤pH,N、K含量及杉木生长量,叶绿素含量和总光合作用强度的影响。分析结果表明:树种间差异而言,在同一试验条件下,与杉木处理的相比,木荷及马尾松水浸液生化物质处理的盆栽土壤pH值,N、K含量,杉木幼苗生长量及叶绿素含量均有不同程度增加,总光合作用强度增强;与对照相比,除了木荷水浸液处理的N含量比对照高外,其余各树种处理的N及K含量均比对照低,就苗木生长指标及叶绿素含量、总光合作用强度而言,各树种处理的均比对照高。After Chinese-fir seedlings were treated by aqueous extract of Cunninghamia lanceolata, Schima superba and Pinus massoniana for six years, the content of pH value, N and K of soil in the basin, biomass, content of chlorophyll and total phoyosynthetic rate were analyzed. The results showed that: compared to the treatments with other tree species, aqueous extract of Schima superba and Pinus massoniana had positive allelopathic effects on pH value, content of N and K of soil in the basin, biomass, content of chlorophyll and total phoyosynthetic rate; compared to the control, the treatment of Schima superba had positive effect on N content, other tree species had inhibiting effect on N and K content; as far as seedling growth and physiological index were concerned, all the tree species had positive effect on growth and physiological index compared to control.
