摘　　要：用符号数轴、门边界、正负偏离位矢和国家标准及人体卫生保健系统相互谐调、制约、转化的方法,在偏离位矢方向平均的基础上,创建了商品(特别是食品)卫生质量检验信息分布的数学-物理模型,把内容不同、单位不同、繁琐复杂、相互交错、带有随机性和离散性的一系列专业化卫生检验信息,化成一个简明直观、公正可比、便于公众识别监督、便于信息传播、具有符号信息功能的大众化全方位指数M.M能精细分辩合格品之间的优等差别、不合格品之间的劣等差别,灵敏反映全貌质量的微小涨落,把卫生监督评估推进到科学量化的层次,为卫生监督走向市场、走向大众提供了理论模型和信息手段.By establishing the special-labeled symbol number axis model, which is distributed by the information of commodity (especially food) hygiene inspection, physical boundary of left threshold, right threshold and double threshold, the model of deviating position vector, standard deviating position vectors and standard deviational and the characterized vector model of hygienic quality information including positive,negative and zero divination,by employing mutual coordination,restriction and transformation among the symbol number axis threshold, the positive and negative deviating position vector, the national criterion and people's health care system, we build the math-physical model of information system, which is based on the averaged direction of the deviating position vector.This model converts a series of specialized hygiene inspection information, which is random, discrete, complicated,interlocked and different in units and contents functioned as symbolic information into a concise, just and comparable Popular Concise index M, that is easily distinguished and supervised by the mass and conveniently spread by the common people and the media.M can precisely distinguish the classes of the qualified ones from those of the poor quality as well. It can sensitively reflect the slight rises and falls of overall quality,which promotes the evaluation and the information spreading of the hygiene supervision to the level of scientific quantization and provides the theoretical model means of information to the market and popularity of hygiene supervision.
