摘 要:利用改进的化学镀镍技术,制备了对氢具有高选择性和透过性Ni基非晶态合金膜,并通过XPS和XAES手段对Ni-P非晶态合金膜表面进行了考察。结果表明,Ni-P合金表面物种,Ni以Ni_2O_3,而P以P^(5+)的形式存在,体相以元素态Ni^0和P^0存在为主。Ni-P合金膜经高温晶化后,P由体相向表面扩散。Ni - based amorphous alloy membranes with higher selectivity and permeability for hydrogen were prepared by an improved electroless Ni - plating. The crystallization processes of the membranes were investigated by means of techniques such as XPS and XAES. The results show that both Ni and P exist mainly in oxidized state (Ni2O3 and P + ) on the surface whereas in the bulk they are in elemental state (Ni0 and P0). After Ni - P amorphous alloy membrane be crystallizated, phosphorous diffuses from the bulk to the surface, increasing the surface P contents.
