摘  要:研究了用浸渍法制备的含磷加氢精制催化剂反应活性随氢气流量、空速、反应时间和温度的变化情况。催化剂反应活性随氢气流量的增加呈波动性变化,在模型化合物-1条件下,氢气流量在26mL/min时催化剂的活性最大。催化剂在空速为1~3h^(-1)范围内,对于模型化合物-1,活性随空速变化较大。催化剂在低硫、氮质量分数的模型化合物-2条件下,稳定性较好,在连续反应122h后活性基本没变;在模型化合物-1条件下,加氢降烯烃的活性随反应时间降低比较明显,脱硫活性略有下降,脱氮的活性几乎没变化。随着温度从280℃升高到370℃,加氢脱硫和加氢降烯烃活性增加较快,加氢脱氮的活性随反应温度有一些波动。实验证明,在反应温度为370℃,压力为2.88MPa,氢气流量为26mL/min,空速为1.7h^(-1)时,催化剂对含硫、氮质量分数较高的模型化合物-1的活性较高。The preparation and laboratory evaluation of phosphorus- contain hydrofining fine catalysts were reported. The catalysts' activity changed with the reaction conditions, such as hydrogen flow rate, space velocity, reaction time and reaction temperature. The catalysts' reaction activity changed wavelike with hydrogen flow rate change. Under the condition of model oil- 1, when hydrogen flow rate was at 26 mL/min, the catalyst' s activity, was the highest. Under the condition of model oil - 1, catalysts' activity changed greatly when space velocity was at the range 1 ~3 h-1.Stability of catalysts' activity was better under the condition of the model oil - 2. After 122 h on continuous flow reaction, catalysts' activity was not decreased. While under the condition of the model oil - 1, with the reaction time, the catalyst's HYD activity fell more obviously, HDS activity dropped a little, HDN activity almost didn't change. Catalysts' HDS and HYD activity was raised quickly when the temperature went up from 280℃ to 370℃ , but HDN activity had little wavelike when the temperature raised up. Experiments show that the catalyst's reaction activity is higher under the conditions of hydrogen partial pressure of 2.88 MPa, reaction temperature of 370℃ and space velocity of 1.7 h-1 using model oil - 1.
