摘 要:某化工厂乙二醇装置环氧乙烷解吸塔再沸器安装投用3个月后便发现了泄漏,经多次修复,问题均未得到彻底解决,严重制约着生产的顺利进行。通过对再沸器泄漏部位的检查,并从介质腐蚀、振动及介质冲蚀3个方面进行详细地分析、计算。结果表明,再沸器自身设计缺陷是引发管束振动的原因,而管束振动和介质冲蚀正是该再沸器频繁泄漏的主要原因。因此,管束振动问题在换热器设计及换热器泄漏分析中应引起足够的重视。同时根据改进措施对其进行改造,取得了较好的效果,保证了再沸器的长周期运行。Three months after the installment of epoxy ethane desorption tower's reboiler, leakage was found soon in glycol unit of a chemical plant. There were still some problems although repaired it quite a few times. The production didn't run normally. By means of checking leakage location, it was analyzed and calculated carefully from the aspects of medium corrosion, vibration and erosion. The result shows that there are some self - design faults causing the tube bundle vibration, whereas it is the tube bundle vibration and liquid erosion that are main reason of reboiler leakage. So the problem about tube bundle vibration should be paid a close attention in heat exchanger design and leakage analysis. The reconstruction by using the improved measure presented in the paper had a satisfying effect, which keeps the operation period longer.
