摘 要:目的 :探讨热环境对大鼠脂质过氧化作用和抗氧化酶的影响。方法 :将 4 8只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、热习服组、热应激组。将热习服组放入人工热室温度 (4 2± 2 )℃ ,相对湿度 (6 0± 5 ) % ,1h/天 ,连续 9天 ,记录直肠温度 ;热应激组在第 9天与热习服组同时置于高热环境 1h ;对照组在室温条件下饲养。测定各组大鼠血清SOD、MDA含量。结果 :热习服组和热应激组大鼠血清SOD活性明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;热应激组MDA含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :本实验条件下热环境可引起大鼠脂质过氧化作用增强 。Objective: To explore the influence of heat environment on lipid peroxidation and on activity of antioxidase in rats. Methods: 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, heat acclimated group and heat stressed group. Rats in heat acclimated group were put in heating room in which the temperature was (42±2) ℃, relative humidity was(60±5)%for 1 hour per day and lasted for 9 days. Anal temperature were then measured. On 9th day, rats in heat stressed group were also exposed to heat in heating room for 1 hour. Rats in control group were kept in usual room temperature. Serum SOD and contents of MDA were determinated in rats in every group. Results: Serum SOD of rats in both heat acclimated and heat stressed groups obviously decreased compared with controls group. The difference were statistically significant (P<0.01). As the content of MDA in heat stressed group were obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Heat environment on laboratory condition were capable of enhancing lipid peroxidation and weakening the activities of antioxidase in rats.
