摘 要:研究了城市垃圾焚烧飞灰的化学成分及矿物组成,以及掺入水泥后对水泥浆体的凝结时间和力学性能的影响;并借助SEM、XRD和ICP等测试手段对硬化水泥浆体的微观结构、水化产物和重金属的浸出与固化机理进行了研究,探索了将城市垃圾焚烧飞灰开发成新型混合材料的可行性。In this paper, the chemical and mineralogical compositions of municipal solid wastes incineration (MSWI) fly ash was studied. The effects on setting time and mechanical properties of cement pastes containing the MSWI fly ash were investigated. Several important aspects, including microstructure and hydration products of cement pastes, toxicity and solidification mechanism of heavy metals in hardened cement pastes were analyzed and discussed by using different ways such as SEM, XRD and ICP. Moreover, we studied the possibilities of developing the MSWI fly ash into a kind of new cement mixture.
