摘　　要：主要对还原C法羊毛角蛋白质溶液的制备方法进行了优化,并分析了温度、还原剂、SDS、脲等的影响规律。In this paper,the author optimized the preparation technology of wool keratin solution with the method of ReductionC, and analyzed the influencing regulations from temperature, reductive agent,SDS,urea,etc.
