摘 要: 采用液相反应以L-ASP为原料对PASP合成工艺进行研究。在150~240℃分别考察了催化剂加入量、反应温度及反应时间等因素对ASP聚合反应的影响。得出反应条件为:环丁砜溶剂,磷酸催化剂,催化剂用量1∶7(催化剂:原料,摩尔比),反应温度200℃,反应时间4.5h,所制得的PASP产品分子量可达60000以上,原料转化率达到98%。A synthesis method of polyaspartic acid (PASP) from L-ASP was studied in a liquid phase system. The influence of reacting temperature, reacting time and catalyst inlet of feed/catalyst on polycondensation reactions of L-ASP was investigated in a temperature range from 150 to 240℃. The suitable conditions of reaction are as follows: sulfolane is the best solvent, phosphoric acid is the best catalyst, mole ratio of catalyst to feed is 1∶7, reacting temperature is 200℃, reacting time is 4.5h. Under such conditions, the final polymer product with more than 60000 molecular weight was gained, and the yields of final product was up to 98%.
