摘　　要：探讨计划免疫保偿制对儿童传染病的防治效果;对安徽理工大学计划免疫保偿制,实施前后的计划免疫接种率及儿童相应传染病发病率对比分析;结果表明:保偿制实施前后儿童计划免疫接种率及相应传染病发病率有显著差异;实施计划免疫保偿制,可降低儿童相应传染病的发病率。This paper studies the effect of prevention and cure for children infectious disease after the system of guarantee compensating of planned immunity. Contrasted analyses of the inoculation rate and incidence of corresponding infectious disease of children before and after the system of guarantee compensating of planed immunity are carried out. The result shows that there is a remarkable difference between the inoculating rates and incidences of corresponding infectious disease of children before and after the system of guarantee compensating is practiced, and the practice of the system of guarantee compensating can reduce the incidence of corresponding infectious disease of children.
