摘　　要：分析总结济钢二炼钢厂小方坯粘结漏钢的影响因素并提出相应的预防措施。In this article, the reasons of stick and breakout during billet continous casting at No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co. are analysed and summarized , and also the related preventing measures are put forward.
