摘 要:通过对电梯轿厢加速度曲线进行频谱分析 ,初步诊断曳引电机的旋转失衡是引起电梯垂直振动的主要激励 ;进而对电梯系统进行模态分析 ,发现电梯在某段行程的第 5阶固有频率跟曳引电机的转动频率非常吻合 ,从而解释了电梯在特定行程区间振动加剧这一现象 ;最后提出在轿顶轮两侧加装动力吸振器以抑制电梯的垂直振动 。According to the spectrum of the acceleration of elevator car,the eccentricity of the rotor in the traction machine is tentatively diagnosed as the main excitation to the vertical vibration of elevator system.Then modal analysis on the whole elevator system is performed.and it is found that the fifth order natural frequency of the system approaches the rotation frequency of the motor when elevator lies in certain floor,which explains why the vertical vibration becomes severe when elevator is in this region.Finally,a dynamic vibration absorber is proposed to be attached to both sides of the sheaves above the car to suppress the vertical vibration,and experiment proves its favorable effect.
