摘　　要：　用专用设备将待卷圆钢板两端先压成所需圆弧后再卷,提高焊缝质量,减少了加工工时。根据泰州第二纺织机械厂的生产需要,为其设计的360t压头机,成功地解决了该厂纺机产品中滚筒卷圆的生产问题。介绍了该机的工作原理,焊接式床身的结构以及液压传动系统的特点。In the technological process of circling steel plate.We need weld firstly and then circle it, because both sides can not be folded to be a needed circle. It is easy to improve the quality of welding and shorten the working time that we use special equipment to press both sides of steel plate and then fold it. According to the requirement of Taizhou No.2 Textile Machine Factory,we design 360t Pressing-Head Machine used to press the head of steel plate, which successfully solves the problem of circling. This article introduces the operating principle, the structure of welded body and the characters of hydrostatic transmission system.
