摘　　要：系统地论述了夹带剂在超临界 CO2 萃取中的作用和原理 ,分析了夹带剂性质对超临界 CO2 萃取的影响 ,提出了夹带剂选择的一般步骤及其所要注意的问题 ,为超临界 CO2The effect and principle of the modifiers on the supercritical CO 2 extraction were systematically introduced, then the impact of the quality of modifiers on the supercritical CO 2 extraction were analyzed. The generally steps of choice modifiers and questions to be attend were point out which could be supply a certain basis to the choice of modifiers in supercritical CO_2 extraction.
