摘 要:以二维扩散模型为基础,采用点源脉冲示踪法对开式浮选柱和装有不同类型规整填料的充填式浮选柱内液相的轴向与径向返混进行了实验研究,得到了各种填料内轴向和径向彼克列准数与气相、液相表观雷诺数的关联式。通过比较发现,在所用填料中,装有250Y或350Y型填料的浮选柱不仅轴向返混最小,而且径向返混最大,最有利于提高回收率。另外,对起泡剂的影响进行了实验研究,发现起泡剂可以减小返混,但当起泡剂浓度大于一定值时反而会增大径向返混。An experimental study on axial and radial dispersion of liquid was carried out in a 0.382 m ID flotation column packed with different structured packings based on the point pulse injection technique and the two-dimension dispersion model. The correlation of axial and radial Peclet numbers with the liquid and gas superficial Reynolds numbers was developed for various packings. The experimental results show that the axial dispersion in the column packed with 250Y or 350Y structured packings is the least while the radial dispersion is the largest, which is feasible to high recovery in the flotation process. In addition, the effect of frother on the dispersion properties was studied and the results show that addition of frother can reduce the axial and radial dispersion, but the radial dispersion increases when the frother concentration exceeds a value.
