摘　　要：介绍了输气管道内涂层的生产工艺和质量控制 ,指出要获得高质量的减阻内涂层 ,必须严格控制其生产过程的每一道工序 ,包括原材料检验、原材料使用配制、钢管预处理和喷涂后的质量检验 。This paper introduces the production process and quality control method of inter nal coating for gas transmission pipeline. It is pointed out that to obtain high quality internal co ating, each production step must be controlled to ensure the inspection results to meet the needs of relativ e standards or codes,inclu-ding the inspection and application of row materials,preparation of steel pipe a nd quality proving for coated pipe.
