摘　　要：烟台鲁宝钢管有限责任公司AccuRoll轧管机的限动芯棒原设计为单支实心芯棒,使用中存在冷却时间短,表面温度高且不均匀,导致润滑剂附着差,芯棒磨损快、寿命短。将该芯棒改为内外水冷结合的方式后,大大提高了芯棒的冷却效果,延长了芯棒的使用寿命,改善了钢管的内表面质量。The originally designed restrained mandrels used in Accu-Roll tube mill in Yantai Lubao Steel Tube Corp., Ltd. were solid single ones with less cooling time and high and non-uniform temperature on their surface when used in operation, resulting in bad adhered lubricant on their surface, fast wearing and shortened working life of them. After the mandrels are modified to the ones with combined inside and outside water-cooling, the cooling effect greatly improved, the working life elongated and the surface quality of pipes improved.
