摘　　要：SPF级实验动物设施是一个恒温、恒湿、恒压强梯度的高洁净系统 ,一旦投入运行 ,就必须有一个完备的自动化保证体系确保系统的能源 (电源、热源、冷源 )供应 ,使得系统内的压强梯度、空气洁净度、温度、湿度、光照度时刻保持在国家要求的标准范围内 ,从而保证洁净系统的正常运行 。The SPF experiment animal quater is a barrier system that needs constant temperature, stable relative humidity and pressure gradient. When this system is on use there must be a complete automatic system to provide the power(electric, hot etc) supply. This automatic system can keep the pressure gradient, air clean degree, temperature and relative humidity ect in the range of the national standard to make the clean system in the normal use and no serious accident.
