摘  要:获能是精子在雌性生殖道中转运期间获得受精能力的过程。获能的分子机制相当复杂 ,目前尚未明确 ,但促发获能的起始分子事件已初步确定 ,包括精子细胞膜表面胆固醇外流、膜电位的改变、蛋白磷酸化等。本文综述了促发精子获能的分子机制及其研究前景。The physiological changes that occur to sperm during the residence in the female tract are collectively referred to as 'capacitation'. The mechanism of action by which these compounds promote capacitation is poorly understood at the molecular level. However, some molecular events significant to the initiation of capacitation have been identified, such as the correlation of capacitation with cholesterol efflux from the sperm plasma membrane, increased membrane fluidity, modulations in intracellular ion concentrations, hyperpolarization of the sperm plasma membrane and increased protein tyrosine phosphorylation. This review discusses recent progress in elucidation mechanisms which regulate sperm capacitation.
