摘　　要：近年来医药界十分关注治疗前列腺癌药物的研究。本文对已上市的比卡鲁胺、醋酸甲羟孕酮、氟硝丁酰胺、醋酸甲地孕酮、醋酸亮丙瑞林等药物的作用机制、疗效和正在进行临床试验的骨三醇类似物EB10 89、SR2In the recent years, researches on drugs for prostate cancer have received more attention than ever before. This article reviews the mechanism and efficacy of such prostate cancer drugs as bicalutamide, medroxyprogesterone acetate, megestrol acetate, flutamide and so on, as well as the clinical data and clinical uses of calcitriol analogue EB1089,SR233377, etc.
