摘 要:报道了温度、盐度、光照对海洋硅藻海链藻生长的影响。结果表明 ,海链藻的适应温度范围比较广 ,从9~27℃都可维持正常生长 ,15~21℃为其适温范围 ;在盐度15~35范围内 ,盐度对海链藻的影响不大 ,在盐度为20时 ,海链藻获得最大的生长率;此外 ,海链藻具有广泛的光适应性 ,在7.5~90μmol/(m2·s)的光照范围内均可正常生长。The present paper considers the effect of environmental factors such as temp erature, salinity and illumination on the growth of Thalassiosira sp. The resul ts showed that Thalassiosira sp. could acclimate to a large range of temperature shift. It could maintain normal growth at temperature from 9 ℃ to 27 ℃ with t he optimun temperatures in the range of 15 ℃ to 21 ℃. Under a salinity variati on of 15 to 35, the growth rate of Thalassiosira sp. did not change significantl y, the highest growth rate was achieved at a salinity of 20. Thalassiosira sp. also has a wide range of light intensity adaptability;Under illumination of 7.5 μmol m-2 s-1 to 90 μmol m-2 s-1 it grew normally, as illumination rose f rom 7.5 μmol m-2 s-1 to 90 μmol m-2 s-1 growth rate also increased. This is the first report on the pure cultivation and the effects of temperature, sali nity and illumination on its growth of Thalassiosira sp. within China.
