摘　　要：将f-Extending模的结果推广到二型Noetherian-Extending模,得到了二型Noetherian-Extending模的一些性质.In the paper,type 2 Noetherian-Extending modules are discussed,and some properties are given,most of which f-Extending modules are possessed of.
