山西引黄PCCP输水工程的实践

摘　　要：山西引黄联接段PCCP榆水工程原计划利用世行贷款,采用国际竞争性招标,后因种种原因,取消了该部分工程的世行贷款并改为国內招标。为此,项目的实施引起世行、国家计委等的高度关注。广大工程建设者树立“争气工程”意识,发扬团队精神,按照原国际标质量标准,提前完成了该工程建设,并经受了全线试通水的严峻考验。本文旨在对PCCP榆水工程的建设与管理情况进行总结,供类似工程的招标、建设者参考。According to the original plan, the PCCP water transfer project ( PWT) of the connection works of Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project would be financed by the loan from the World Bank ( WB) using the international competitive bidding (ICE ) procedure. The loan from the World Bank for PWT was changed from that of the WB to the local funds because of various reasons. Therefore, the performance of PWT had been paid high attention by the WB , State Plan Commission and etc. The project was completed in advance according to the original international quality standard and the project passed the grim examination of the water through the whole system. The article summarizes the construction and management of the PWT in order to supply reference to the similar clients and contractors.
