摘 要:采用薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及光密度计扫描方法,对玉米一组同核异质系和一组同质异核系及相应保持系的花药(单核—双核期)进行了过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶的比较分析。结果表明,两种酶的同工酶在同核异质系间和同质异核系间及与相应保持系间均表现不同程度的差异,两者可能由质核基因共同编码,但过氧化物酶同工酶是胞质基因占主导,酯酶同工酶是核基因占主导。本文并就细胞质雄性不育的机制进行了讨论。The peroxidase and esterase isozymes were analysed with a group of isonuclear alloplasmic lines,a group of isoplasmic allonuclear lines and their maintainers in maize by using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and densitometer scanning. Samples of analysis were taken from anthers of uninuclear or two nuclei pollen stage. The results were as follows: the performances of peroxidase and esterase isozymes in isonuclear alloplasmic,isoplasmic allonuclearl lines differ from quality and quantity. It's different between A-lines and their maintainers. Peroxidase and esterase isozymes should commonly be coded by nuclear genes and cytoplasmicgenes. But the former is mainly controlled by cytoplasmic genes, the later is mainly controlled by nuclear genes. The cytoplasmic male-sterile mechanism is also discussed in this poper.
