摘　　要：简要介绍在消化、吸收日本五十铃高档豪华客车制造技术的基础上 ,自主设计组织建成的一条高档豪华客车车身焊装生产线 ,解决了国内客车生产车身装配精度差、车身侧蒙皮和顶圆角蒙皮平整性差、工人劳动强度大的工艺难题。通过 MKD、CKD状态生产和 43%国产化状态的生产验证 ,能满足日本五十铃 GALA系列车型的生产要求。The text briefly has an introduction about that learning from and taking in the production technology of the top grade and luxury JAPAN ISUZU bus, the authors independently design a welding equipment production line of the top grade and luxury bus. As a result, this line solves the technology conundrums such as randomness in producing the bus, low accuracy of the body assembling, bad level of the side and roof round outer panels, and high labor intensity of workers in domestic bus production. Through the MKD, CKD and 43% localization prouduction, this line is proved to meet the manufacturing requirements of the JAPAN ISUZU GALA buses series.
