摘　　要：黑社会 (性质 )组织犯罪的产生和发展 ,既有内在原因 ,也有外部的原因。它是在内部和外部原因的相互作用下产生和发展的。社会不平等、城乡之间的巨大差别、失业、收入差距的悬殊、社会分层的出现等原因是黑社会 (性质 )犯罪组织形成的不可或缺的系统 (犯罪 )要素。The occurrence and growth of crimes committed by gangsterdom(-like) organizations are attributed to both internal and external factors. Social inequality, vast differences between the city and the countryside, unemployment, wide gap in incomes, hierarchization of the society, etc. are the prerequisite systemic factors that contribute to the birth of gangsterdom(-like) criminal organizations.
