摘　　要：为探讨关节镜在膝关节病诊断及治疗中的价值,回顾性总结2000-04-2003-04 32例膝关节病患者关节镜诊断、治疗的临床资料.结果,32例均明确诊断,确诊率100％,32例术后疗效满意,3例术后出现不同程度的并发症,但经术中、术后及时处理,患者恢复满意.提示关节镜手术安全、可靠,可作为膝关节病诊断、治疗的首选方法。To investigate the value of arthroscorpe diagnose and treat gonarthrosis. Review and summarize the diagnostie and therapeutic clinical material to 32 cases with gonarthrosis from April 2000 to September 2003. 32 cases are diagnosed definitely. The confirmed diagnosis rate of 100% , postoperative therapeutical effect is satisfaction. 3 cases occur complication in varying degrees, After treatment, the patierts recovered. The operation of arthroscorpe is safe and reliable, and it is the best method to diagnose and treat gonarthrosis.
