枣丹颗粒药理作用研究

摘　　要：枣丹颗粒系名老中医多年经验方,临床疗效肯定,为进一步开发新药,采用现代药理方法对其主要药效学进行了研究,结果表明枣丹颗粒可明显减少小鼠自主活动次数,延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间,与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠具有协同作用,同时对小鼠的学习和记忆活动无明显损害。The result showed ZaoDan(keli) could decrease the times of animal self - activity no-tablely .prolong the sleep time of mice produced by pentobarbital obviously,and increase the quantity of sleeping animals caused by pentobarbital in subthreshold hypnosisdose, in the same time , the ability to study and memorize couldn't be damaged obviously.
