康脉注射液对动脉硬化闭塞症血流变学的实验研究

摘　　要：康脉注射液是经过多年临床观察总结用于治疗动脉硬化闭塞症等疾病的有效方药.本研究采用高脂饲料喂饲大鼠导致大鼠高脂血症模型,观察康脉注射液对其血液流变学各项指标的影响,并以复方丹参注射液为对照组作对比观察.结果表明,康脉注射液能够有效改善高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学,并在全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数等几项指标中优于复方丹参注射液组,为临床治疗提供了理论基础.Kangmai injection is a effective formula treating Arteriosclerotic obliteration by many years' clinical observation. We used high fat forge to feed rats to make hyperlipemia model of rats and observed influence of every datum in blood rheology curing with Kangmai injection and make contrastive observation with control group of multiple red sage root injection. Kangmai injection can effectively improve blood rheology of hyperlipemia rats and excel multiple red sage root injection in whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity and accumulative index of red blood cell and transformative skill of red blood cell and rigid index of red blood cell and provided academic base for clinical treatment.
