摘  要:目的 :探讨珍珠梅乙酸乙酯提取物在大鼠肝脏化学致癌初期对一氧化氮 ( nitric oxide,NO)及一氧化氮合成酶( nitricoxidesynthase,NOS)的影响。方法 :按略改良 Solt- Farber氏方法制作大鼠肝脏癌前病变模型 ,用珍珠梅提取物饲养大鼠 6周后处死 ,取肝脏 ,用比色分析法检测 NO,NOS的含量。结果 :珍珠梅给药组血清 NO含量 ( μmol/ L)明显低于癌前病变模型组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;草苁蓉给药组血清 NOS活力 ( U/ ml)明显低于癌前病变模型组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :珍珠梅提取物可降低 NO,NOS水平 。Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Sorbaria sorbifolia on DEN-induced preneoplastic hepatic nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in rats.Methods:Hepatic preneoplastic lesions in rats were induced by modified Solt-Farber protocol and the rats were killed after fed with the ethyl ester extract of Sorbaria sorbifolia for six weeks, tumor supplied group of factor was detected by using the colorimetric method.Results:The serum NO content (μmol/L) in treat group was lower than that of the model group. The serum NOS activity in treat group was lower than that of the model group.Conclusion:The Sorbaria sorbifolia can reduce the content of NO and activity of NOS, and it may be one of the anti-carcinogenic mechanisms of Sorbaria sorbifolia .
