摘  要:目的 :建立白首乌电泳指纹图谱 ,作为中药白首乌药材鉴定及质量检测标准之一。方法 :对泰山白首乌 Cynanchumbungei Decne、耳叶牛皮消 C.auriculatum Royle ex Wight及其栽培种、隔山消 C.wilfoldii ( Maxim.) Hemsl.等一组白首乌进行了蛋白质及同工酶电泳分析 ,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ( PAGE)方法并扫描电泳结果 ,测绘上述各样品的蛋白质及同工酶电泳指纹图谱 ,并与何首乌进行了对比。结果 :各样品的指纹图谱均有差异 ,并具有各自的主要特征谱带与特征峰 ,白首乌与何首乌差异显著 ,白首乌种间亦有明显差异。结论 :其指纹图谱可以作为白首乌的药材种类鉴定。Objective:To establish electrophoresis finger-prints of Bai Shouwu species as one of standards for identifying and quality test.Methods:Protein, peroxidase (POD) isozyme and esterase (ES) isozyme of these species such as Cynanchum bungei Decne, C. auriculatum Royle ex Wight, the cultural specie of C. auriculatum, C.wilfordii (Maxim.) Hemsl. and Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. were analyzed using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) respectively, and their electrophoresis finger-prints were established.Results:Each sample has its characteristic finger-prints band and peaks. There are obvious differences among the finger-prints of the Bai Shouwu species, also it shows significant differences between P.multiflorum Thunb.and Bai Shouwu species.Conclusion:Electrophoresis finger-prints is one of extracting methods for various identification of Bai Shouwu species.
