摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础,农业问题是我国国民经济发展的瓶颈性问题,调整农业产业结构,发展农业产业,特别是发展环保型、生态型农业产业则是促进国民经济健康发展的一项基础性工作,也是实现经济可持续发展的一项探索性工作。本文重点探讨了发展特色环保农业的特征和发展趋势,探讨了发展环保农业的途径和政府的政策措施。Agriculture is the base of national economy and its devlopment is of the utmost importance in our country. To regulate the industrial structure of agriculture, especially to develop environmental and ecological agriculture is a foundational work in advancing national economy healthily. It is a kind of exploring work to realit a sustained development of our national economy. In this Article, the characteristics of developing trend and ways are explored.
