摘　　要：情报职能问题是图书馆界长期以来不断探讨的重要课题 ,文章阐述了在新的信息环境下 ,图书馆强化情报职能的重要意义及效用体现 ,并对网络环境下图书馆情报职能有效发挥进行了探讨。The role of information system has been an important subject of much investigation in the library field.This paper discusses the importance and evaluation methodolgy of a stengthed library information system under current environment of information highway.The paper also investigates how to improve the effectiveness of the role of a library infomation system under current network environment.
